Ready to try a Bonspiel?

The Grits ‘N Granite Bonspiel is fast approaching! This is an excellent bonspiel put on by our friends up the road in Charlotte, from Nov. 1st-4th.
This bonspiel is a 32-team event. Each team is guaranteed 3 games over the course of the weekend. A team representing the Palmetto Curling Club has won the bonspiel each of the last 2 years.
Given the popularity of this event, team spots sell out very quickly. In an effort to encourage new curlers to go ‘spieling, PCC has purchased 2 team spots and will be opening them up to club members.
The first team will be skipped by Matt Sharkey. Robert Ewing will skip the second team. Both Matt and Robert are experienced skips who have been curling for multiple years, and are excited to take a team of new curlers to a bonspiel and have a great time.
The cost of each spot is $105.
Note: If you have already signed up for the Peachtree Curling Night of the Curling Dead bonspiel or the Over Under bonspiel, please DO NOT sign up for this one as well. Let someone else have a chance.
These spots will be up for grabs at 11am on August 4th, and they will go quickly. Please plan accordingly.
